Thinking DZ?

Realizing that the beauty of a new member is her potentiality and that the glory of an initiate is her experience; and

Realizing that our seniors endeavor by their knowledge to give light to us who are neophytes

I believe in AUTHORITY, for I know that commandments are a lamp, and a law is light; and

I believe in ACTS OF KINDNESS AND DEEDS OF CONSIDERATION for I know that thus they will become a part of me; and

I believe in SCHOLARSHIP, for I know that the finding of wisdom and the gaining of understanding bring peace; and

I believe in SERVICE AND ACTIVITIES, for I know that all experience is a window through which is seen the untraveled road.

THEREFORE, may I always be mindful that the word of Delta Zeta, interpreted to me by my initiated sisters while I am yet in the shadow of inexperience, is a LAMP unto my feet and a light unto my path.
